  21. Just trying to keep the storage cost down.  No user wouold prefer to
  22. type `Control Q' than ^Q!  And an app_defs.sys editor can do the
  23. translation anyway.  Direct text editing of the app_defs.sys file
  24. should be considered something of a `power user' operation.  Normal
  25. users will use the default, or an app_defs.sys editor.  Besides,
  26. `Shift-Control-Backspace' doesn't fit into the menu bar :)

  29. as ASCII equivalents to the nicer up-arrow, closer-thingy, etc. that would
  30. appear in a menu)
