- Just trying to keep the storage cost down. No user wouold prefer to
- type `Control Q' than ^Q! And an app_defs.sys editor can do the
- translation anyway. Direct text editing of the app_defs.sys file
- should be considered something of a `power user' operation. Normal
- users will use the default, or an app_defs.sys editor. Besides,
- `Shift-Control-Backspace' doesn't fit into the menu bar :)
